The Children’s Rainbow Fund exists to ensure every child—regardless of circumstance—has access to joyful, enriching, and imagination-filled experiences. Through creative programming, virtue-based learning, and family-centered community events, 

CRF bridges the gap between what’s available and what’s possible.

We believe in putting the child back in childhood—one smile, one song, one rainbow at a time.

ABOUT US

The Children’s Rainbow Fund (CRF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to creativity, enrichment, and virtue-based play for children and families. Founded by CJ Valle, a lifelong educator and creative visionary, CRF was born from a simple belief: joy is not a luxury—it’s a right.

Originally rooted in the programming of Rhythm & Hues, a children’s enrichment brand founded in 2015, CRF was established to extend that same magic beyond walls and into the wider world—serving children who might otherwise miss out on the beauty of 

early connection, expression, and purpose-filled play.

Our initiatives include:

• Scholarships for art, movement, and early childhood programs
• RAINBOWpalooza, our annual festival celebrating values through music, joy, and community
• Mobile outreach to schools, libraries, and city events
• Virtue-based events and characters through the Royal Within collection
• Parenting education and support through PHD: Parenting Has Directions
• Happy Place in Town initiatives that bring programming to underserved communities

We don’t just host events—we heal communities with joy. We don’t just tell stories—we build virtue into the next generation.
